Nando's @ Sunway Giza

Nando's @ Sunway Giza, a perfect dining experience from Nando's, especially on the politeness of the staff. Recently, due to some reason, I have visited few Nando's @ MdiValley, KLCC, OUG and etc. Highly recommended buddy from Kota Damansara to visit Nando's @ Sunway Giza, nice environment, sentimental music, warm customer service and lastly, delicious food - roasted chicken.

Grand Millennium Buffet Dinner

Last night, my bro-in-law coming from Kuching. So, I had decided to bring him to Grand Millennium for the buffet dinner. Here is some of the photo for the environment.

: The food is normal, but the western and Indian food is good. Environment nice. However, the price is not cheap. I heard from the captain should be RM120-150.00 per head. (5 star hotel price). I did not eat much as I had been there several times and feel bored to the food.

Mixture of good and bad news coming out on 23 FEB. 先苦后甜,let us have some bad news first.


1. Libya: Gaddafi refused to tolerate. Further threatening of destroying Libya economic.
2. Bahrain: Government willing to have a discussion but protester refused. 
3. Dow Jones in red region 
4. Greece: Protest from people
5: HK: Protest on the Budget 2011 and warned by Financial Secretary John Tsang Chun-wah about the future challenges on inflation.
6: JP Morgan estimates NZ quake cost at $12bln
7. Oil Price surge. inflation??


Good news:
1. 4th quarter report out for few giant. Nice and profit report like Genting, Kossan, HLFG, IJM, KLK, TCHONG...
2. Tenaga announce the solar power plant. Who's going to benefit from it? Cost RM60million. Worth? No idea.
3. Petra Perdana: Rumors on could be a major beneficiary of jobs stemming from Petroliam Nasional Bhd’s (Petronas) recent deep-water finds at Sarawak’s NC3 and Spaoh-1 deep-water wells.
4. Spain optimistic over enhanced rescue package

Who is Muammar Gaddafi?

Muammar Abu Minyar al-Gaddafi[see below] (Arabic: معمر القذافي‎ Muʿammar al-Qaḏḏāfī audio (help·info); also known simply as Colonel Gaddafi; born 7 June 1942) has been the leader of Libya since a coup in 1969.[1]
From 1972, when Gaddafi relinquished the title of prime minister, he has been accorded the honorifics "Guide of the First of September Great Revolution of the Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya" or "Leader and Guide of the Revolution" in government statements and the official press.[2] With the death of Omar Bongo of Gabon on 8 June 2009, he became the longest serving of all current non-royal national leaders and he is one of the longest serving rulers in history. He is also the longest-serving ruler of Libya since Libya, then Tripoli, became an Ottoman province in 1551.[3]
In February 2011, major political protests (inspired by recent similar events in Tunisia, Egypt and other parts of the Arab world) broke out in Libya against Gaddafi's government. As of February 23 2011, Gaddafi is reported as having lost control of large parts of the country.[citation needed]

As the consequences, the NYMEX crude increase till USD98.75 (updated on 1.16am).
This will be crazy and I do not dare to imagine the further consequences if they really destroy the petrol pipe. Inflation, economics down...

KLCI @ 23 Feb 2011

Today is a red red day again. Since morning, the index drop about 10pt.
However, it did rebound and closed at 1509.18.

Here is some view for half time:
Tanco and HWGB is the most active stock traded while Kulim stayed as top gainers and KLK stay as top loser.
Due to the interim dividend and superb quarterly report, LIONFIB is in the list of top 10 gainers.

SPSETIA is having AGM now, don't what is the outcome will be. Hopefully is a good news and stock flies.

To all traders and investor, all the best in your trading.

Hmmm....what a surprising afternoon. Rebound become positive but end up closed with 1511.11, -2.39.

TANCO- crazy penny stock, jump 0.155, change 58++%.
ASB-start moving. Expected a better quarter result soon and hope it boost the price.
Petra- Should be bullish for O&G.

Go go go....tomorrow should be green.!

收工宴--Loon Sing Restaurant @ NIlai

Special thanks to my dearest senior who brings me for the 收工宴. It was a lunch, an expensive lunch. It cost about RM 900.00 for 5 of us having a luxury lunch.

First come with a 佛跳墙. Very fresh and sweetness for the soup.

Introduction for 佛跳墙: 福州传统名菜,迄今有100多年历史,为聚春园菜馆老板郑春发研创.
佛跳墙原名福寿全。光绪二十五年(1899年),福州官钱局一官员宴请福建布政使周莲,他为巴结周莲,令内眷亲自主厨,用绍兴酒坛装鸡、鸭、羊肉、猪肚、鸽蛋及海产品等10多种原、辅料,煨制而成,取名福寿全。周莲尝后,赞不绝口。后来,衙厨郑春发学成烹制此菜方法后加以改进,到郑春发开设“聚春园”菜馆时,即以此菜轰动榕城。有一次,一批文人墨客来尝此菜,当福寿全上席启坛时,荤香四溢,其中一秀才心醉神迷,触发诗兴,当即漫声吟道:“坛启荤香飘四邻,佛闻弃禅跳墙来”。从此即改名为佛跳墙。

We still eat a steam cod fish and finish our lunch with 2 kinds of desserts. Coconut pudding and 雪蛤膏.

Introduction for 雪蛤膏: 又名蛤士蟆油.
一種名叫「雪蛤」的動物體內的脂肪。雪蛤是脊椎動物屬蛙科,分佈在中國吉林省以至黑龍江等地叢林中,以吉林省所產最著名,故名為中國林蛙。其壽命只有五至七年,每年仲夏後,例必進入冬眠狀態,在此期間,盡量爭取時間攝取吸納足夠的營養成份,讓身體積聚大量維生素與脂肪,尤以一般三歲以上的雌蛙,更需儲存大量荷爾蒙與脂肪以便來年春季交配後產卵之用。於此期間,人們趁機把雌蛙捕捉淹死,用繩把牠們串起風乾,然後剖開其腹,剝取藏於體內靠近輸卵管及卵巢之間的脂肪,用來做雪蛤膏之用,由於這種脂肪表面潤澤,且有微少光亮,故稱為蛤士蟆油。過去有人誤傳蛤士蟆膏是雪蛤的卵巢或輸卵管做成,均屬錯誤。由於雪蛤膏在正常浸發過程中,可發漲十倍至十五倍,其他仿製品,例如有人用豬皮膠冒充,亦無法發漲此倍數,正因名為蛤士蟆油,則肯定是蛤士蟆的脂肪,而不是什麼卵巢或什麼輸卵管了,切勿誤信傳說,可參證「中國烹飪百科全書」

Overall, it was a nice trip to Nilai with my dearest seniors.
